Regular detailed body analysis is included in all membership packages and our staff will fully explain how you are adapting to an increased activity program.

Boxercise uses training techniques that have been used by boxers for many years to keep fit.
Classes can be varied and will be led by a qualified instructor. A typical class might consist of shadow-boxing, skipping, padwork, press-ups, shuttle-runs and sit-ups. Most boxercise classes are aimed at both men and women of all ages and fitness standards.
Boxercise training is also is a safe way to release your aggression in a channelled and controlled way and no class involves the physical hitting of an opponent.
Circuit training is an efficient and challenging form of conditioning. It works well for developing strength, endurance (both aerobic and anaerobic), flexibility and coordination. A great time saver, it can be a refreshing and fun change from the more monotonous types of exercise.
Classes are lead by a trained instructor who will provide support and motivation to help you get round the circuit.
A circuit class typically consist of multiple exercises or stations completed in timed blocks with regular timed rest periods between each exercise. Circuit training can be tailored to the individual and is an excellent class for all levels of fitness.
Indoor Cycling is a studio based exercise class using specially designed stationary bicycles that can be easily adjusted to suit all users. You control the intensity of the exercise and determine your own levels of exertion.
A typical Indoor Cycling class involves a single instructor at the front who leads the class through a series of routines. They will use motivational music and lead you through the session which begins with a warm up, followed by seated and standing exercises. This form of exercise work’s the muscles and joints in the legs and buttocks and is a huge calorie burner.
It is recommended to bring plenty of water.
Stretch and Tone
A conditioning class, designed to increase muscle tone and sculpt the body into the shape you want. Using resistance from equipment or body weight, the exercises are designed to target those problem areas.
